Data sheets and brochures.

Take the numbers with you. Every qualified grade has a one page data sheet, and we publish a capabilities brochure, a design guide and a short introduction to technical ceramics. All free, no form, no email gate.

Ceramic 3D printing capabilities

Brochure

What we print, the materials we run and the industries we serve. The one page to forward to a colleague who has never seen ceramic additive manufacturing.

Why technical ceramics

Guide

Where ceramic beats steel, aluminium and polymer: temperature, wear, corrosion, electrical behaviour and weight, with a property comparison.

LCM design guide

Guide

Wall thickness, shrinkage, overhangs and internal channels. The four rules that decide whether a geometry prints, and how we design around them.

Materials

Grade data sheets.

One page per grade, with the measured density, strength, hardness, CTE and thermal conductivity from printed and sintered test bodies.

Data sheet

CoreCera 999

Aluminium oxide, Al2O3. Highest purity alumina grade for wear, thermal and electrical work.

Alumina · PDF Download
Data sheet

CoreCera 998

Aluminium oxide, Al2O3. Thicker walls and a stiffer modulus where the geometry demands it.

Data sheet

CoreCera 3Y

Yttria stabilised zirconia, 3 mol% Y2O3. The strongest grade we print, and the one specified most for medical work.

Zirconia · PDF Download
Data sheet

CoreCera ATZ

Alumina toughened zirconia. The highest bending strength we offer, and the only grade that holds walls up to 20 mm.

Data sheet

CoreCera SC

Silica based material for investment casting cores. Intentionally porous so it leaches out of the casting afterwards.

Data sheet

CoreCera AN

Aluminium nitride, AlN. The grade for moving heat: high thermal conductivity with the electrical insulation of a ceramic, and a CTE close to silicon.

Data sheet

CoreCera SN

Silicon nitride, Si3N4. High strength that survives thermal shock, and low thermal expansion. The grade to reach for when the part cycles between temperatures.

Data sheet

CoreCera SiC

Silicon carbide, SiC. The hardest grade we print, and the one that keeps its strength furthest up the temperature scale. Semiconducting, not an insulator.

How to

A clean STEP or STL file and three pieces of context — temperature, load and atmosphere — are enough to quote within two business days.

Assurance

Quality and certificates.

First article report

A dimensional report ships with every new geometry before the batch runs. Ask us for the latest example.

Batch traceability

Powder lot, slurry batch and furnace cycle are recorded against each order. Certificates supplied on request.

Metrology

Optical and CT verification of wall thickness and internal channels. CT scanning available on request.

ISO documentation

Quality certificates are prepared per order. Contact us and we will send the current valid copy.

Tell us what you need — a specific grade certificate, a drawing template or a co branded data sheet — and we will put it together.
